Terms & Conditions1. You will placed on a wait-list according to the order in which payment is received. The availability on the weather, and on other unforeseen circumstances.
2. All orders will be 100% refunded if Bolton Bees is unable to fill the order. You will be notified as soon as possible if order cannot be completed.
3. If you need to cancel your order, Bolton Bees will refund 50% of the payment only if you cancel by April 1 . After this date the order is nonrefundable.
4. All Starter Colonies and Mated Queens will have undergone a quality inspection prior to pick up. If you are ordering a Starter Colony: We guarantee that you will receive 2/3 frames of brood, 1/2 frames of honey, bees of all ages, and a marked, mated queen.
5. All Starter Colonies are being sold for pick-up in the Twin Cities, Metro area of MN. Location, date, and time of pick-up will be sent to you by email. Pick up date is subject to change according to weather.
